With Frame & Log cabins, we are able to design and manufacture your cabin, or amend our existing designs (Runswick & Littlebeck styles) to meet the statutory requirements to conform to the Caravan Act for Transportable Mobile Homes.

This does not mean that you have to sacrifice design, quality and performance to appease the planners, as with timber frame our structural specification far exceeds regulations. As a small business, we design and manufacture all our units in Lincolnshire, and do not rely on imported kits, nor do we impose costly redesigning fees. This way we are able to offer you a more personal service and therefore avoid the generic appearance of many production line units.

Changes to the Mobile Home regulations now means that the external dimension of the mobile cabin can now be up to 20 metres long by 6.8 metres wide. Units built to conform to the caravan act will be VAT free.
